Holiday gite rental in Daglan

Fabrice's gîte is an adorable house in the heart of the small village of Daglan, deliciously Périgourdin.
Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, the house is particularly quiet, while allowing you to walk to the shops and restaurants of the village at less than 300m.

Just think: you can lie in bed and send the kids to get the croissants in the mornings!

Spacious and bright in the ground floor

A large living room, leather sofas, flat screen TV and fireplace.

A large fully-equipped kitchen with cooking piano, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc...

A laundry room with washing machine and separate WC completes the ground floor.

The night area is located on the first floor

It consists of three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and storage cupboard, as well as a family bathroom with a large bathtub, separate shower, washbasin and toilet.

Equipped with gas central heating, the house is extremely comfortable in low season. Internet (Wifi) connection available at no extra cost.

In a green & landscaped setting

The terrace and the garden, with its large bay windows, offer an ideal "in and out" communication in summer. The terrace allows you to have lunch outside.

The enclosed garden of 1000m² is ideal for ball games or just relaxing. The private swimming pool (10m x 5m) is equipped with sunbeds (secured by a tarp with bars and heated from May to September).

Fabrice Lemonnier is a perfectly bilingual Chef who offers authentic French cuisine in the heart of the Périgord Noir, in Daglan, near Sarlat la Canéda.

Chef, for more than 20 years, Fabrice Le Chef welcomes you to "La Cantine".

Allow him to introduce you to the wonderful cuisine of one of the most beautiful regions of France and the Dordogne.

His career path

Fabrice trained as a Chef at the Lycée Hôtelier in Souillac, France, and graduated in both French culinary arts, traditional and regional cuisine.

Following his apprenticeship and a few years of experience in France, he has benefited from other great experiences, this time international, by being Chef in restaurants in London, in the Oxford and Kent regions of England, but also in Valletta on the island of Malta. Now he has returned to his roots, living in the sumptuous medieval village of Daglan.

Daglan is a very pretty little medieval town situated in the peaceful Céou valley. It provides an excellent base for exploring the busy part of the Dordogne valley around Domme and Sarlat whilst remaining somewhere relatively quiet and peaceful.
